Hi, I’m Maddie, the owner of You, Me & Gluten Free 
I am based in Hadspen where I live with my husband and two young daughters. I started baking gluten free cakes and slices nearly 3 years ago. Many people believe this is because I am coeliac myself , but In fact, I personally have no food allergies. I just saw there was a gap in the market and that people with gluten intolerances were really struggling to get gluten free cakes. My favourite thing about what I do is being approached by people who haven’t been able to eat a cake in years. Over 500 cakes left my kitchen in 2024. Every week I will be brining my treats to a local market, come and say hi!
